About Ponyboy

Our owner, Nick Watson, founded Ponyboy Barbershop in July 2024 with a clear vision — to create a space where barbers can grow both personally and professionally. His goal was to build a shop focused on development, education, and skill-building to help barbers reach their full potential and build lasting careers.

Through that mission, we've built an amazing team-oriented culture that both our barbers and customers can see and feel every day. At Ponyboy, it's about more than just great haircuts — it's about growth, teamwork, and community.

Thanks to the incredible success of our first year, we were proud to open our second location in October 2025 to continue carrying that mission forward. We're excited to see what the future holds for Ponyboy and the talented team behind it.

Meet Louis

Louis is our 8-year-old Australian Shepherd and the beloved mascot of Ponyboy Barbershop. You can find him at either location, depending on the day — always happy to work the 9-to-5 right alongside the team.

Louis is our official door greeter, welcoming everyone with a lick and a big smile when he sees a familiar face. He's great with anyone who shows him a little love — and trust us, he gives it right back.
